Captain Tom

I found this artwork of Captain Thomas Moore in a covered car park on my Digbeth walk last week.

During Covid lockdown, Captain Tom at the age of 99 walked the length of his garden 100 times in the hope of raising £1000 for the NHS. The nation took him to heart and he raised 38 million pounds.
Such an inspiration to us all.
