Lavender Bee

Sat in the garden after dinner, beer and camera in hand, just watching the bees on the lavender. Such fascinating creatures.

Some 200 plus photos later and both Carole (who generally vets my humble offerings) and I think this is the best.

That is beautiful with the sharp focus on part of the lavender and on the bee. It makes the eye travel from the bottom left corner to the top right. Very nice.
