I can usually smile when Ray is taking a non-selfie selfie (!) for me plus I had just been eating my fav breakfast at the garden centre, a bacon sandwich. I know bacon's supposedly not that good for one but having spent nearly 2 years fruitlessly trying stuff good for arthritis, what the heck!!
