In one of my now-frequent inspections of the rose bush, I found this little guy minding his own business. I'm guessing that Japanese beetles aren't on his preferred menu. Pity.

@digitalrn I know! All the while I was discovering and "shooting," this guy never moved once that I noticed and I even left to change lenses. He was just chillin', I guess!
@glendq Thank you! I had a couple other nice shots yesterday, but this is the one that will not readily present itself again anytime soon! I wish this image would have shown how really-green and shimmery this guy was!
@sitiodown Exactly right, Tari! I only spotted him when I pulled a branch back. Carefully, of course, as this is a rose bush! You get an idea of how large — or small — he is from the thorn up the branch from him!
