“Clouded Skipper”

I have another photo-update of the garage — the roof is complete today — and this isn’t the best photo, but it’s a skipper I haven’t seen for a couple years.

Stray or Resident?
This was ID'ed as a "resident" skipper.
But another post, https://365project.org/rhoing/365/2012-10-22 was ID'ed as a "stray." Clearly, Carbondale is on fringe or just outside the accepted range for this species!
