This is “Epidendrum radicans,” one of more than a *thousand* species in the Epidendrum genus of orchids! From http://everything-orchids.com/types-of-orchids/epidendrum-orchids » “It's a reed-stemmed orchid that grows like a weed on the roadside in Central America.”
