Done in front!

The old, over-mature shrubs are gone and now the beds are replanted. And the bane of my existence for too many years — the small artificial pond — is gone! (It was below the window on the right.) It was a nightmare to maintain for fish but even when the fish were gone (which has been quite a few years, too), it was *not* a low-maintenance part of the yard. But now it's gone and 2 or 3 layers of the landscaping bricks have been re-purposed in the back yard as garden borders. :)

For the record (and for the sake of my lack of memory).
Front bed, left-to-right:
» Salvia 'Vista Red' (“Salvia splendens 'Vista Red'”)
» Petunia 'Hulahoop Blue' (“Petunia grandiflora 'Hulahoop Blue'”)
» Creeping Blue Phlox (“Phlox subulata”)
» Lavender (“Lavandula sp.”)
» Creeping Pink Phlox (“Phlox subulata”)
» Spirea sp.
» Chrysanthemum 'Frolic' (“Chrysanthemum morifolium 'Frolic'”)
» Golden carpet (“Sedum acre”) … I think; must verify!
» Barberry sp.
Back bed, left-to-right:
» Hardy Red Azalea 'Hino Crimson' (“Rhododendron x 'Hino Crimson'”)

Looks great. My neighbors have a pond and had to hire a professional to maintain it.
