Oakwood Cemetery, Fremont, Ohio

Travel day to Fremont, Ohio, Clare's parents' hometown, where her mom has returned to live. After dinner we went for a walk and went through this cemetery, still very much decorated from Memorial Day, I presume.

Not posted from our walk: A plaque commemorating "Ball's Battlefield" from the War of 1812. Not really a battle, but perhaps more of a "skirmish" before the Battle of Fort Stephenson commenced three days later on August 2, 1813.
