Cabbage White on Allium (Ohio)

Visiting Clare's mom in Ohio for the annual family “croquet” gathering. The game (it's about the "course" — no standard "wickets") is crazier than ever, but the group continues to get smaller. Twelve or thirteen years ago it was Mom & Dad, four kids, three spouses and seven grandchildren for a total of 16. Today we were half that many without Dad, one spouse who lost *her* dad this very morning and all but one of the grandkids have been scattered across the country, but a good time was had by all on a “creative” course made with construction materials again; e.g., http://365project.org/rhoing/365/2012-08-04

Confirmed at BAMONA as “Pieris rapae” or “Cabbage White”; http://www.butterfliesandmoths.org/sighting_details/1102527
