Today we drove to Indy to catch a flight to Boston. When we visit Clare's mom, we often watch episodes of "Good Bones" on HGTV

"Good Bones" follows a mother-daughter team that is trying to fix up Indianapolis neighborhoods, one crummy property at a time. I've been able to locate three of the unsold properties and we had time before our flight to Boston, so we went by them. (Two are on the same street.)
This property (S3E6, I think; location, 39.751241, -86.138511) is in the Fountain Square neighborhood, one of two properties on Olive Street that the mother-daughter team renovated.
Still hasn't sold by September, 2018 —
“FOR SALE $419,000
Price cut: –$16,000 (8/16)
Zestimate®: $360,144”
Hmmm. Asking price versus Zestimate are a bit far apart…
