Butterfly weed pods

A year-and-a-half ago I planted some seeds. Just a few plants came up and only two produced flowers, but none produced any seeds. We’ll see what happens this year. For a variety of reasons, I’d like to get to the point where we have mostly native plants in our yard over the next couple of years.
