That’s a big planter!

The flowers are surely there deliberately. Nice use of an old tractor, but it takes up a lot of space!

Today was the annual family croquet day with Clare’s mom and all of her brothers. Since many of the family photos were off-limits,† I was on the lookout for a photo when we went for an evening walk.

Interesting note: My phone’s GPS got the location of this photo very wrong. It was off by several hundred yards.

† Nine years ago, I asked permission to post a really nice group photo — without names — from our family croquet day. One family member responded simply with “Rather you didn't.” Ooookay. For that day, I had to post a spider instead. I’m sure others have had this problem with people not giving permission to have their image put on the inter-web…
