@granagringa And this was truly SOOC! Unfortunately I couldn't get a pleated coffee cup! So this was second choice - it has a weave pattern. I'm glad you like this one - I have the plain one to upload tomorrow. Cheers

I had the one coffee cup on top of another with light coming up through the bottom. Then i held a little torch shining on the outside of the emblem and took the photo from one side looking down. I had an neg exposure bias - I can't remember how much...I like what my camera does with the negative bias - and I can get rid of it later (usually!) if it doesn't work. It seems that torches are really handy!! CheersRob
