This was taken through my kitchen window as the young starling decided to take a bath. It was lovely to see him splashing about and I think he really enjoyed it.
After doing some gardening, we went down to the Hog Roast in the village as part of the Jubilee celebrations. It was lovely to see so many people that I haven't seen for ages and there was a great atmosphere. At one stage a huge bomber plane flew over which made us all enjoy. Thank goodness in the UK we don't have the war that the poor Ukrainian people have. I am sure that they don't enjoy seeing bombers over their cities.
