Any early sign of spring - and something I've walked past the last couple of days not noticing (mostly because it's been dark when I walked past). Out for a longer wander with my daughter we found these catkins in a hedgerow. And I've tried various ideas for posting tonight - including my first attempt at the Dogwood challenge, which worked as a selfless selfie, but not as a beautiful picture.
Three good things:
1. I've got a blog up and running, which is something I've resolved to do
2. My daughter got out for a couple of walks today, so is slightly recovered from her cold (although I can hear her coughing in the background)
3. various scary envelopes didn't prove as scary as expected
