Good photographers can take beautiful images of something. Great photographers can tell a story with an image. In this category you will take a prompt and turn it into a photographic story.
These shoes all belong to me, pretty much all the shoes I own, to be honest, ranging from flip-flops to DMs, with high heels, boring work court shoes and sandals, trainers and walking boots between. Currently I'm living in the trainers, walking boots and DMs, occasionally slipping the clogs on to go outside without finding socks first.
Three good things:
1. I got out for a walk in the Forest
2. My daughter has been playing D&D online with her friends all evening (she isn't always well enough);
3. I have got a blog up and running and the first attempt at this, that I didn't use, will come in handy there.
HI Shane. It sounds as if things have been very hard for you during 2018. For the get pushed challenge how would you like to shoot an image that shows how you hope 2019 might be for you?
I like this approach - it feels like it's surprisingly revealing about personality type.
I have a pair of heels somewhere. They're probably in the loft and haven't seen the light of day this century. I never worked out how anyone walks in them. ;)
@humphreyhippo I can't remember when I last wore either of those pairs of heels. I was the only person with the same size feet as my grandmother, who always wore high heels, and when she had to stop wearing 3" heels, I was the "lucky" recipient. I am down to three pairs, two shown here, having worn out or wrecked quite a few other pairs.
