Three good things from Saturday:
1. Up bright and early getting the Guides' scarecrow set up for the weekend's scarecrow trail (the only photos from the day, but I'm not inflicting those on you);
2. wander with my daughter to buy the scarecrow trail leaflet and see the first 17 scarecrows on the High Street after lunch, some were fantastic.
3. went to see the nearest scarecrow on our way to a walk in the sunnier evening and met up with some of the neighbours in a bonding session (over another neighbour, but hey).
