Yesterday’s photo is a candid of my Hubby through our glass door. He is bent over doing something with his shoe. The bill of his running hat is in the lower left corner, his hat is white, his shirt is orange. The black and green is his shorts with the garden refracted into it, and the blue are his compression socks. If you hold a way off, you will see the person more easily. Thanks for playing. I saw the answer already but I don't think I would have guessed sardines- don't really eat them! I may have (but not sure I would have!) guessed fish though. They look rather prehistoric inverted this way!

@olivetreeann We use them for puttanesca spaghetti sauce. They basically disintegrate into the sauce and just add protein and umami.
