dessert has to be one of the best comfort food. and tonight, we had bread pudding, warmed and drizzled with maple syrup. i much prefer rhum sauce but we didn't have any as partner bought this bread pudding. he said it looked like the bread pudding i made last winter so he wanted to know if it tasted as good. can you believe it? i make the best bread pudding for him and he thinks someone else can make it "as good"? hah!
in any case, he opted to have both maple syrup and two scoops of ice cream on his, but i'm not really in the mood for ice cream. he also dug on his right away and didn't wait for me to take a photo.

and there goes the may challenge. how did may go so quickly? argh!
thank you for your kind visits and comments. they are much appreciated.
@olivetreeann - french vanilla or butter pecan? we should have a week of cooking challenge and then posting a pic on our albums. that would be eye-popping to all viewers, don't you think? thank you, ann.
@olivetreeann - is there a winner in our challenges? i thought we're all winners! i might, i will, maybe. i have to keep busy as i have a writing retreat three saturdays from tomorrow.
but if i will plan that challenge, we should name it "terry's temptation". LOL!
@sarasdadandmom - you know you want it and a second serving. please read my comments to ann. hehehe.
