Cén chaoi 'bhfuil tú

my st. paddy's day greetings come late. but better late than never. and hope you enjoyed being irish for a day.

this is my co-worker janet who works in the mailroom. if there's anyone i know who is goofy like me but never shy to admit it in public, it's janet. she came work friday morning wearing green wig, scarf with clover prints, beads, pins etc. and she did wear it on her subway ride from home to work. i forgot it was st. paddy's day until i saw her at the office during her rounds. she's like that, she lives it up when it comes to celebrations.

then, it has been a yearly tradition for one of the senior lawyers to give her a hodge podge of irish paraphernalia and this year she gets the viking hat and more pins, beads, etc. and if i know her, she's going to have a good time wearing her little irish viking hat.

the best thing is she's willing to pose for the camera!
Such fun!

She had a number of hats to wear on this great day! Whats with the orange hair, do you think?

@maggiemae - it's a viking hat and in cartoons, viking women are always portrayed with red or orangey hair.
