ready for a close-up by summerfield

ready for a close-up

after a pleasant day yesterday, today's offering was 'rain'. and partner chose to treat me to breakfast and drive around so i could take pictures. i asked if he had eaten something bad. then he produced the big umbrella, which he said he will use to cover me and the camera if it was pouring rain. he knows too well i wouldn't even try to bring the big camera out of the house if it was misting. so bring the small camera. really, huh? methinks he's making up for 'ignoring' me last week, or maybe i'm posed to be ignored again as hockey is starting any day now.

in any case, today's final challenge for the one night stand is macro. this was taken at the woodbine park today. the structure you see in the background had been featured in my album before,
and if you look closely, it is reflected in the water drop.

thank you, jerry, for this challenge. looking forward to another one night stand with you.
@orangecrush - thank you, jerry.

I was trying to get a raindrop off the end of a tree branch yesterday, but I got an upside down world in a glass orb instead! Good shot.
