went to the northeast boardroom on my floor and took a close up of the building across the street. the offices and boardrooms are deserted which should be at this hour. kind of like the stark white of the table and 3 chairs in the lower middle with the plant and the curtained windows above it of a large conference room, then the utility offices above. i must get to one of these offices to find out if we can be seen from our building.
it's late and my eyes are going to explode out of their sockets so i had better go to sleep. i'll continue catching up on your albums tomorrow, which is friday and then the weekend. yay!
Quite interesting that lights are left on. We have so many adverts reminding us to save electricity and switch off what we are not using that it seems a right royal amount of wastage going on there!
Love those windows! Always had a thing about lit windows in the dark. And I don't know about spying, I think there is something reassuring in the dark to see signs of life elsewhere. Yay! Friday :-)
Carrying on in the Luxemburg style- nice! I don't know why but there is something interesting in looking into all the windows! I sort of want to stick little people in there.
@bkbinthecity - i could but that job doesn't seem to exist anymore because with the proliferation of tech gadgets anyone can spy on anyone. oh, wait, maybe someone's spying on me! :-D thank you, brian.
@karenann - i wish i could take a shot during the day, but there are quite a few 'nosey parkers' in this office; bad enough they whisper when i go around holding my camera. thank you, KA.
@valpak - it's a nice hobby, mind you. thank you, valerie.
@pamfromcalgary - in a way i do. i come in around 9:45 in the morning and leave well after six except when i have to go elsewhere in which case i leave the office at 6. this is i avoid the height of rush hour in the morning and in the evening. i hate being in a cramped and crowded subway car. thank you, pam.
@northy - if i wasn't going on a holiday in January, i'd be spending my money on that humongous 500mm on sale at vistek for only $1,399 - albeit foolishly as i don't even know how to use what i've got right now. but then again, i doubt if i would have the nerve to bring it to the office and actually setting it up inside the office facing BCE place. tee-hee!

@salza - i think the lights in these buildings are on timer/schedule, depending on the companies that occupy the floors. thank you, sally.

@cscecil - thank you, CS.
@claireuk - well, good for that someone, but i was told that they cannot see us because our windows are one-way mirrors. thank you, claire.

@catsmeowb - thank you, camille. yes, i can make up a lot of stories just by looking at all the different offices.
