when @k1w1 and @northy and i went on our photo trek in Hamilton, Ontario, we had to seek out an abandoned warehouse which was a tip off from @edie another 365er. we didn't get to the warehouse but we passed by an old warehouse-like building which is used as a car repair shop. @k1w1 sweet-talked a man who works there just as he was leaving for the day. wow! did the three of us have a field day!
inside were really old ford cars that were in different stages of being restored, complete with rusts, dusts and cobwebs. but because the lighting was poor, i had to use the in-camera flash aside from setting the ISO to sky-high!
loved those relics! i actually think this is the one that Christine saw from the street... i don't think the one at the back had that blue inside? i like your comp... i really struggled with figuring out how to take these...
That would be a fun place to shoot for sure. So many cool car parts for abstracts and black and white pictures! Good job with the low light. I think you got what you needed.
one of the old cars, i think this one is of the car at the very back.
