panning jack

we wanted to bring the grankids to the newly opened toronto aquarium. bad move! when we got there, the lineup was so long it was winding around the vicinity of the skydome and the people in the middle of the winding lines said they've been standing there for more than an hour. good thing we had plan B, which was to drive up north east of the city to the ontario science centre. we ended up watching the short movie "flight of the butterfly" at the centre's IMAX theatre. wow! it was an incredible story about the migration of the monarch butterflies.

while waiting for the movie to start, young jack ran around the lobby like a mad man. at first all my shots of him were blurry and he kind of liked it. but when he started to run the other direction, i got a better series of shots and when he saw them he said "i'm not blurry anymore!" this boy doesn't know the concept of slow and still.
Nicely captured. Panning shots are really difficult to capture

very cool panning shot! panning is hard... and panning shots of people is really hard - especially kids who will stop and start on a whim ;D
