stalactite fence by summerfield

stalactite fence

on nov. 11, i posted a photo of a man walking along the fence of the harris water treatment plant. this was how the fence looked like this afternoon. it's covered all the way with stalactites, formed by the crushing waves and the very cold temperatures we had over the last several days. the ice was so thick. i tried to pry a piece of the ice but i only managed to have a painful wrist from trying to break it. tee-hee!

this is east of the rocks from yesterday's shot.

thank you for your kind views and comments; know that they are truly appreciated. i shall catch up with you later.
Looks very cccccccold but so beautiful
