the pistil of a yellow hibiscus by summerfield

the pistil of a yellow hibiscus

found this yellow hibiscus during my walk along the boardwalk. the blue in the background is the cloudless sky, made bluer by the polarizer. the stigma of the flower, the end of the pistil, is quite furry and there are cobwebs (i don't know if visible) on the stamen.

thank you kindly for your visits and comments and your generous faves; they're all greatly appreciated.
Incredible clarity! FAV.
