peek-a-boo! by summerfield

peek-a-boo!

one of the many halfandhalf's i took this month, this one being from the allan gardens from two weekends ago.

thank you, nicole, for the wonderful challenge, it certainly made me more aware and appreciative of the ordinary things around us. all my half and half shots were done in one shot, there were no diptych or layering. they're all as seen by my eyes and captured by my camera.

so you still bored? no phojo still? go play with the white balance function of your camera then save the best shots and join in on the fun with technique challenge. here's the lowdown: https://365project.org/discuss/themes-competitions/29832/technique-challenge-72-white-balance

and my five plus two shot this week - our theme is "art" - is here, if you are so inclined: https://365project.org/fiveplustwo/365/2017-05-31 join us! you know you want to!

fitness challenge update:. i'm still #2 and just might end in that position as today is the last day of the competition. well, at least i showed them that I'm just old, not dead.
Nicely done. I didn't do all my halfandhalf straight out of camera, there were some diptych and some cropping manipulation but it was a fun chance to focus on a new aspect, mostly how things bump up against each other and contrast or compliment them.

Congratulations to you I'm completing the challenge and for pushing me as well. Even better to know that all your shots were one shot as were mine. This one is exceptionally nice with those little pops of yellow
