the shape of tulips by summerfield

the shape of tulips

did you know that because of work, i actually missed a day at the zoo! well, next time.

this one is for the black and white challenge. (it may look the same as the coloured shot posted on the 26th, but trust me, it is not.) the theme is shapes and textures in nature.

i have missed the deadlines for the artist challenge and the album cover challenge, two of my most favourite challenges, and i really feel bad about it. but, i am trying to slowly recover and with the new month, i shall participate again hopefully.

just filling in and trying to catch up so no need to comment, but if you do, you have my most heartfelt thanks.

the song title challenge is on right now and i'm begging you to put in a couple of entries if you are so inclined. here's the lowdown: https://365project.org/discuss/themes-competitions/42038/this-is-song-title-challenge-51

@summerfield i bought a membership, so I need to go at least 2 more times this year to make it worthwhile 🤓... maybe on a weekend in June or early July (I go to the cottage around the 12th... so before then)? I could also look at perhaps taking another day off (weekdays are likely less crowded)... what works for you?

The b&w of the tulips is lovely. I like the photobomber you captured as well.
