had to do some grocery shopping as the food i have left are all devoid of decent nutrients. i don't know what i was thinking but i actually opted to bring my little olympus instead of my nikon.
my beef with this mirrorless olympus is that it has a mind of its own, it's like demon possessed. it would change settings by itself and i just couldn't quite figure out how it does it. this afternoon, at first the shutter wouldn't work, a bit of shaking and a lot of swearing made it work. but i quite couldn't tell you how this happened and my only guess is that i must've moved the camera whilst the shutter was engaged. but in any case, i like the effect and it reminded me of a book written by a member of my former writing group. the book was called trees running backwards. and since there is a new monthly theme starting right now called "movement", well i think it is a no-brainer, n'est-ce pas?
