boats, planes and a cormorant

one of the shots from last monday's soujourn at the harbourfront -- a porter plane was flying out while a speed boat sped past towards the mainland. cormorants darted in and out of the water. the water was really high at the lake it was inches off the edge of the runway.

looking forward to august when i fly out to chicago for a meet up. i'll be flying porter, of course!

if I was that cormorant I would be looking for somewhere more peaceful. however, it must be fascinating to stay a while and watch from the harbour front.
