pillars

obviously i am not done with buildings just yet. there are a number of old buildings in toronto that are simply beautiful to photograph, especially on a clear sunshiny day. i do take time to read their brief history whenever available and thank goodness for the internet where i could find old photographs of such buildings. i can never get tired of photographing them.

plus i can't find any murals worth photographing for my project, so i give you pillars of a building on the corner of king and jarvis streets east of downtown toronto.
I always like the angle you take -- fresh perspectives!

I like the contrast of the clear blue sky and the building. Very nice.

Makes me feel to tiny! This building is quit similiar to the old courthouse of Brussels. Do you know that building? With all those huge statues?

@ilseal - you're right. it's almost similar to the courthouse in bruxelles. only this building is really a three-storey building and not really that large. i'll take a picture of the whole structure one of these days. thank you.
