A Stunned Little Goldcrest

I think this tiny little goldcrest flew into the window and knocked itself out. I noticed it on the ground and picked it up and held it for a while and then put it in a sunny patch on the ground. It stayed upright and sat very still for a while but after about 15 minutes it flew off.

So sorry to hear he hit his head but glad he recovered. I have various objects on my windows so they don’t think they have a clear flight path. A friend has stick on raptors!
