The church mice came to my door and said they wanted to talk to me about cheeses....... I told them they were preaching to the converted as I had spent many years in the garden of edam

Wonderful subject. I visit a cheese stall in Leicester Market each week with the objective of working my way through their selection of many British cheeses. Last weeks choice was a very mature Kick Ass Cheddar with Rioja and caramalised onion. Dont think the Rioja was British.....
