Another in my occasional series "The Secret Life Mannequins"
I often wonder about the people who design these mannequins. Do they use models or base them on their own idea of what a beautiful woman should look like. are the faces sculpted in clay or or wax, or are they casts taken from real faces.
Many of the modern ones tend to look you straight in the eye with a sultry, seductive, pouting expression on their face. However this one was quite unusual as she seems quietly contented, making no attempt to catch your eye. Lost in her own thoughts and sitting calmly almost as if she is at a station waiting for a train or in a doctors waiting room.
