Connecting Two Countries by taffy

Connecting Two Countries

This is the bridge (driving and walking) that connects the USA and Canada over the Niagara River, taken from the observation platform with the Falls behind me. I liked the ice covered river and the way the ice suddenly dissipates at the point of the bridge. Such a wonderful place for a photowalk!
Awesome view.

Looks like some serious ice there. Reminds me of a glacier. Interesting how the ice ends so abruptly!

That's just amazing, the ice is so thick then disappears to nothing!
March 9th, 2016
This ice being like that was that just luck or is there something that's not letting the ice float down stream? Interesting shot.

@jgpittenger It's worth it to photograph -- the scenes are really interesting and varied. But I'd combine it with some other things rather than being a destination in and of itself.
