Hill Hook Corn Mill

Our local nature reserve centres around this historic spot. The plaque reads “The walls of this garden stand upon the foundation of the mill’s machinery cellar. The original cast iron drive cog (wallower) and the grinding stone (netherstone) are set within the garden. Circa 1650-1970.
