@phil_howcroft Dirk has made elderberry and elderflower wine in the past. I’m not keen on the elder favour, especially when a decent gin is spoiled by them 😊

Lovely berries. I used to make Elderberry wine and I would add a shot of brandy to the bottle? I had to make plenty as my dad kept coming back for more.
