James had his head down a drain cover, phone in hand, a tablet beside him. As I strolled past I asked if the fountains in front of the castle were controlled by an app. Apparently they can be!!

He was turning the fountains back on after the recent freeze because " not every one is sensible on ice".

He works all over central and southern England sorting out fountains, a favourite is at One Tower Bridge (which I have since Googled!! https://www.fountains-direct.co.uk/one-tower-bridge-london/ )
