I went to Southsea to catch the sunrise. Whilst waiting I got chatting to Emily as she prepared for her daily sunrise swim in. It was frosty, about 2 degrees celsius and the sun was just beginning to brighten the sky. I'm afraid I rudely told her she was bonkers!!
Emily walked right into the sea and was in the water about 15 minutes. She began sea swimming during lockdown because the public pools were closed and has just continued.
