You might shop for macro tubes. These are empty tubes that go between your lens and camera body. They can be stacked to get even more macro-y, and they are lots cheaper than a dedicated macro lens.

You can buy real cheapo ones that will require you to go full manual, or you can spend a little more and get ones that will βtalkβ to your camera body.
