da Vinci

It is the 500th anniversary of the death of Leonardo da Vinci and 144 of the Renaissance master's work belonging to The Queen in the Royal Collection have gone on display in 12 simultaneous exhibitions across the UK.

In the art gallery this morning I gazed in awe at 12 of Da Vinci's drawings, read with interest the information.

Photography wasn't discouraged, so the details from his works in this collage are allowed!

Must have been fabulous to visit. I saw an exhibition of Leonardo in Newcastle a few years ago and it was amazing. I was there for hours
