Butser Ancient Farm

I have lived near this open air museum for nearly 40 years and not visited until until today.

Tried to miniaturise it for the technique challenge.

That is a technique that I struggle with even understanding let alone trying to use. I think you did a pretty remarkable job with it. You did get an amazing sky in this photo.

@30pics4jackiesdiamond although they started building it 50 years ago it was a slow process to get to what it is today. It must have been 32 years + and they didn’t charge an entry fee.

Isn’t it often the way that we take our close surroundings for granted & don’t necessarily visit. I know lots of locals that don’t visit our cathedral, they see it most days & it’s just there.
