When the grandsons asked for a pizza dinner I knew there were two choices and I'm no fan of the one pizza parlor in town! I proofed the yeast and soon dinner was on the table! They've since asked for pizza dinners 4 times, and, having mastered it, I'm making pizzas to serve with beer to 35 guests who are coming to listen to music in our back yard tomorrow afternoon! Son-in-law, John, is jamming with friends who held the Kitchen Parties and all I want to orchestrate is cooler weather!
that looks delish! love those black olive rings on pizza. the capture of the smoke is amazing. was it still in the oven? seems like a nice affair with the jam session.
i buy plain cheese pizzas when they're on sale then i personalize them with artichoke, olive and pepper and more cheese. i'm roasting in heat here in toronto, it's almost 9 and we are still at 29 plus. the promised storm hasn't materialized, at least not where i live which is north of downtown. hope temps there are more decent.

While a little apprehensive about bringing it together, it came together beautifully and everyone ate a total of 4 large pizzas for an afternoon snack! I made a 5th one for supper that night as I never got around to having any! What would I do without Pinterest?!
