Imagine a life
Filled with Wonder
And Amazement.
Allow yourself to see
That which could be.
Suppose a time
When life is thrilling
And undefined.
Picture yourself without care
See yourself there.
Allow your past
Its full measure
Cause you have been there.
Embrace what the heart claims
It still remains.
Thank you, Kevin Wallace @kevin365 for the gift of your always-amazing Poetic Prose. If a few of you are not yet familiar with his work, treat yourself to seeing what he offers up for us...It's thoughtful, poignant, charming and often enigmatic. It will leave you thinking about it, as the best writing does.
Thank you for stopping by and letting us share this, his words paired with another of my pictures taken on the beach in Rosarito after the sun set.
Louise, I will keep this short. Beautiful words and photo. Fav! I am in the Bay Area. Took some shots last night from the Alameda Naval Base with Mike Gifford from 365 project. He has been showing me around. We are going over to the San Francisco side of the bay today. I hope you are feeling better.
@thirdjoe ♥ to you and Mike! Did you ride your bike up there? You *KNOW* I adore the "JJ" Profile photo! Just sitting here this morning with friends like you stopping by makes me happy happy! Enjoy your visit!
@bkbinthecity@quietpurplehaze@aglennc@thresheg@abigail4est Thank you all! Before actually meeting and chatting with these young people, there as part of their World-Vision visit, I took many candids, as they made beautiful silhouettes. This, I felt, was a rather enigmatic image that could allude to many things...
@parisouailleurs Thanks, Helene! This photo was taken 15 minutes after the sun was almost set http://365project.org/Weezilou/365/2015-05-04 so I think this is what is referred to as "The Blue Hour"...and it certainly is! I took 18 photos after the last sunset color left the sky, and they are all this shade. Beyond correcting the levels, I didn't change the coloration. Thanks for asking :)
Beautiful poem and lovely capture .
( Sometimes I do n`t understand how 365 works as I see this pic. now for the first time . I`m watching all pic.`s between the new one and last one of mine))
@pyrrhula Hi Ferry, I'm only recently adding some of the photos I took in Mexico as I do not have much to photograph at home besides my visiting friends and floral bouquets! It's not the fault of 365! I'm just late posting a photo now and then :)
Weezi, this is great. I agree that @kevin365 and @lifepause are pretty awesome. Kevin's words are terrific with his photos. I really like what you have done in pairing words and photo. Glad to see a post from you and hope you are healing. ♥♡♥
Allude! You said you would allude ;) I am very blessed to be welcomed into this inspiring community by the likes of you and @thirdjoe and @voiceprintz and many others and would not be here at all but for @lifepause This was such an exceptional opportunity I cannot thank you enough! The pleasure is all mine. Thank you kindly. Beautiful capture! Won't say get bettah; impossible. Heal fast and best to Ken!
@kevin365 Did I over-allude? Subtlety seems to have eluded me, perhaps...
Well, wasn't THAT fun! Ken and I thank you, and I'm working on the healing... propped up with a computer on my lap, a modern update of Fernand Léger's "Reclining Woman"... ha! Can't get "bettah" than that at the moment ;)
Mishaps are not to be pined over...I try to find them "interesting"... I think you do as well...
