How many ways can you read "End of Summer" into this photo? Late in the afternoon the sun broke through the clouds for a glorious finale to the day. The last leaves of colour are still tenuously clinging to their branches. The shadows have grown long. And that golf course will be closing at the end of the week.
@maggiemae That's the Bluenose Golf course on the opposite of the harbour from Lunenburg (town). While we were not having rain, it was getting terribly brown, but the rain in recent weeks has done wonders! I made an HDR image and opened it as just a photograph...nothing fancy!
