Call me cynical, but I look for more in a relationship than a shared padlock and a selfie... All that bridge-texture represents professions of undying love...
In every other way, a beautiful stream, lovely water fowl and local folks enjoying a weekend afternoon...as did we!
A lovely scene (I love the white birds) without a hint of locks and love. One of the many things I love about 365 is learning about different parts of our great world. The canals and streams and rivers everywhere are amazing. Silly me, I only knew about The River Thames in England.
I heartily dislike padlocks on bridges, they spoil them and I wouldn't mind betting that half of those still hanging on beautiful architecture are no longer couples!!
I put up a closeup of the padlocks and you put a the view of the whole bridge. Different perspectives but both with the same viewpoint! Like Casablanca @casablanca I wonder just how many of these “lovers” are still together?
