Trying to redeem Zorro

So, I tried to fix the Cottage. I came to the conclusion that the white frames of the windows were in fact too dark. So I lifted up some of the pigment on the frames, and it is much more bearable to look at now. Here's the comparison. Before is below.

@monikozi Oh yes! It is definitely better. The first one was spectacular but having the second one to compare it to I can see the improvement. As the others have said you are your own worst critic though because they are both wonderful

Although I saw no problems with your first attempt I have to agree that the next attempt is better especially with the upper windows

Well, if I am not my own critic, who should be? I know my expectations and see my results. But I am really happy with these failures when I figure out what's wrong. The ones I hate are those that I stare at and can't see the fault and there's no one to point out.
