October rainbow challenge - Week 3: Transport - Thursday: Green
Thought today would be tricky with the green theme - no chance to get out at lunchtime and left work as it was getting dark, so limited options all over. Even so, most green cars aren't vividly 'green' enough for my purposes, so processed this a bit.
Trad Academy tonight learning a waltz called Saturday Night Waltz or some such. Trouble getting home though when I had to wait 30 mins for a bus - partly because the first one that came along slowed down as if he was stopping to let us on, then zoomed away without opening his doors. There was a lot of scary swearing my end I can tell you.
Stupid bus drivers.......probably his best joke of the day!
You're right there aren't a lot of green cars around so reckon you did well getting this one! Years ago 'racing green' was much in favour, now its boring silver!!
great green...what you really needed was a Joh Deere tractor - though there's probably not many of them in Westminster...or Walthamstow...or even Chingford or Leyton!! (ducks and dives for cover!!)
cool shot for green...we must post at different times....as i haven't been seeing your shots and have been bad about commenting. i like that there is motion and the woman in this shot too

I'm seething on your behalf about the bus. Suppose the driver has to get his fun somewhere!
