Waltham Forest erects straight Xmas tree shock horror

Waltham Forest knows how to push the boat out with its Xmas decorations. I was stunned to find the Xmas tree this morning standing at an angle that can only be described as straight-up. Please see last year's effort for comparison http://www.flickr.com/photos/ayla63/6514410373/
