Rainbow Challenge 2023 - A bibliophile's world: Yellow
This series is definitely making me display some OCD traits - I'm finding I'm obsessing about the edges being lined up just so, with equal gaps between and not leaning to one side or t'other too much.
1.A fab game is Bananagrams - kind of Scrabble without the board and faster.
2. Brazil. Haven't read.
3. Veg - another of my favourite no-nonsense chefs, pukka. Have used.
4. Healing foods. Have used but not for a while.
5. Underland - am working my way through Mr Macfarlane's books. Haven't read, yet.
6. The Devious Book for Cats. Have dipped into.
7. London in the 18th century - by excellent London historian, have read his 19th and 20th centuries. Haven't read.
8. Are you there God, it's me Margarita - second book in the literary cocktails series started with Tequila Mockingbird. Haven't used, yet.
9. What to Look for in Winter - the classic Ladybird original illustrated by Tunnicliffe not the crappy modern reissue. Have admired the illustrations.
Thanks again for all the faves and comments on yesterday's orange offering.
Nice composition. My daughter and I were only just talking about having a game of bananagrams on the weekend. Fluffy Bonkers sounds like a fun author. :)
Oh, well done on the yellow! I'd struggle with yellow on my bookshelf too! Although I do have Jamie's book VEG and I have Ottolenghi's SIMPLE, so that would have been a good start!
Are you there God it's me margarita!!! ha ha I have to read this book! Also the devious book for cats looks very interesting. I am wondering if Megan has this one on her shelf lol. Great yellow, and the set up is great!
@pamalama I do not own the devious book for cats, but I bet my cats would love it. Hahaha.
